Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms: As Per Agreed with customer. By cheque/DD in favour of THE AC CARE SOLUTION
NON COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT:
A) The following Service will be provided under AMC:
1. 4(four) routine Services
2. Immediate attendance of break down, if any
3. Refrigerant Gas charging, if necessary
B) The following Spare parts Shall be replaced free of cost of any
breakdown during the
1.Fan motor
2.P.C.B
3.Magnetic Switch
4.Transform
5.Other Electrical parts of AC unit

C)Following Spare Parts ,Which are not covered under Annual maintenance Contract Scheme are as follows:
1 Front grills Assyy./Plastic cover/pa
2 Air filter
3 Sheet metal parts
4 Condenser & Evaporator Coils
5 Remote Hand set (if mishandling/broken
6 Voltage stabilizer and scanners
7 Circuit Breaker (M.C.B., Sequencer)
8 Thermocol parts
9 Any damages due to site conditions, rats & insects
1.The components Other than those mentioned above like sheet Metal Parts, Evaporator Coil, Condenser Coil & Plastic components Such as front Grill “D ” Block, Air deflectors, Louvers etc, are excluded from the scoop of this contract.

3.Any change of address must be notified by the customer in advance.
4.The company shall be under no obligation to provide repair/ service because of improper use, unauthorized alteration, modification or substitution of any part or Sr. No. of the machine is altered, defaced or removed, abnormal voltage fluctuation, rat bite, neglect, acts of god like floods, lightening, earthquake etc. Or causes other than ordinary use. If our services are required as a result of the causes stated above, such service Shall be at extra charge.
5.While every effort shall be made to give preferential attention to emergency breakdown of the equipment, the company shall not be held responsible for any loss arising.
6.In case the customer wants to cancel the contract before the completion of the contract the period, there shall be no refund of the charges for unexpired period. 11 The contract is not transferable in events of resale / gift to any other person and no refund shall be given.
7.In case the AMC is to be entered into after the expiry of warranty period, the contract will be accepted subject to checking of the equipment by the company.
8.The equipment bought to the Service center will remain there at customer risk and the company will not be responsible for any damages caused due to the factors beyond its control.
9.Transportation for taking appliance to the Service Center for repairs shall be borne by the customer as per the applicable rates.
10.Damage to the product or any parts due to Transportation / Shifting is not covered under this contract.
11.Acceptance / Renewal of AMC after expiry of the contract shall be at the discretion of the company
12.This AMC is valid for (1 APRIL 2019 to 31 march 2020)
13.All disputes are subject to Lucknow Jurisdiction
Tax All rate should excluded with 18% GST
