COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE SCHEME DUCTED- DX TYPE AHU UNIT.

THIS SCHEME IS OFFERED FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR OR THREE YEARS. UNDER THIES SCHEME WE UNDERTAKE TO SERVICE AND REPAIR THE AIR CONDITION SYSTEM FOR ONE YEAR DURING NORMAL WORKING HOURS BY:

SCOPE OF WORK UNDER THIS SCHEME:

CMC contract include Twelve-Months warranty for air-conditions, electric parts repair, with four times service & complaint.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract includes: -

v  Inspecting the HVAC systems& four routine services (2 wet & 2 Dry as reqd.)

v  Immediate attendance of breakdown, if any.

v  Gas Leak & Gas Charging.

v  Compressor & its accessories repair/replacement.

v  Fan Motor& its accessories repair/replacement.

v  Rectification of water leaks, vibration and abnormal noise, if any.

v  Remote Control repair/replacement.

v  Repairing / replacement of worn-out / defective parts like microprocessor, sensors, capacitors, contractors, connectors, relays, sensors, controllers of System.

v  Reporting the healthiness of the plant and suggesting improvements if any.

v  Plastic Items

v  Air Filter

v  Sheet Metal Parts

v  Voltage Stabilizers & Scanners

v  Circuit Beaker& PCB Replace

v  Thermocol Parts

v  Day-to-Day operations & maintenance.

v  Replacement of equipment such as, IDU/ODUs cooling/condenser coils, ducting and its accessories like dampers of all types, any kind of insulation, any kind of piping and valves, electrical panel, cabling, consumables like LED bulbs and fuses.

v  All kind of civil, Electrical and structural work.

v  Any other item not specifically included in above “Contract includes”.

Our Valuable Services: -

v  Immediately response at short notice (within 06-12 hrs.)

v  Annually 4 services on quarterly basis, that we remind you on call and Email.

v  In case of non- performance as per the customer’s expectation the contract may be forced to withdraw and shall be liable to refund balance amount to the customer.

Terms & Conditions: -

v  AMC will cover waiver of the visiting charges and 04 routine service charges during the period of contract.

v  AMC will be offered to the customer only after inspection of the set & ensuring that the set is in the working condition. However, if set is outside warranty & not in working condition, then the set will be repaired on chargeable basis first & then AMC can be taken/issued to customer.

v  AMC shall be valid for a period as mentioned in the work order form, or the CTHS invoice, duly signed by CTHS representative.

v  In case of NON Comprehensive AMC if any spare required for repairing of the product after receiving breakdown complaints, company will provide the same on chargeable basis

v  AMC covers only operational parts. Operational parts are only those component parts that are critical to the performance of the product’s essential function. Plastic & Rubber Parts, Lamp, interconnecting cable, Rubber pads for Remote Control, interconnecting Copper Tubes, aesthetic parts & Stabilizer are not covered under this AMC.

v  Uninstallation & re-installation is also not covered under AMC in case of change of location of product.

v  The company shall be under no obligation to provide repair / service because of improper use, unauthorized alteration, modification or substitution of any part or Sr. No. of the machine is altered, defaced or removed, abnormal voltage fluctuation, rat bite, neglect, acts of god like floods, lightening, earthquakes etc. Or causes other than ordinary use. If our services are required as a result of the causes stated above, such services shall be at extra charge

v  While every effort shall be made to give preferential attention to emergency breakdown of the equipment, the company shall not be held responsible for any loss arising period, there shall be no refund of the charges for unexpired period shall be given.

v  The equipment bought to the service center will remain there at customer risk and the company will not be responsible for any damages caused due to the factory beyond its control borne by the customer as per the applicable rates contract the company

v  During AMC, in cases where the set cannot be repaired at the location of the customer & is required to be repaired at company’s service center, then Transportation charges will be borne by customer

v  The work will be carried out either by personnel or its authorized service associates as directed by THE AC CARE SOLUTIONS SALE AND SERVICE

v  This scheme does not cover damage to equipment’s/ancillaries or failure due to environmental conditions, such as corrosive atmosphere, contaminated/hard water, fluctuations of good luck beyond 415V +/- 6, presence of harmonics in the input AC supply beyond acceptable limit and variations in good luck due to change over from Mains to DG power supply, Consequential / collateral damages and losses of any nature what so ever are not covered under this scheme.

v  Services will be rendered in 5 hours of time from the time of call. As far as manpower is concern we will provide you 2 (senior mechanics). If in case big component are failed to function it will take much more time even whole day will spend to complete it. Sir this to highlight you that job will execute in proper manner.

v  Our service scheme is similar to an insurance policy and for the HVAC systems to be covered under this scheme; the AMC fee has to be paid 100% in advance before commencement of the service.

v  The service fee stipulated above / in our attached offer is arrived on the basis of Government levies ruling on the date of our quotation. Any increase in taxes, levies or rates imposed by any State or Central Government or local authority or any fresh levies imposed by such authorities on components, raw materials, or the installation as a whole after the date of quotation, for any reason what so ever will have to be paid extra.

v  All payments are to be made in advance along with AMC work order Form.

v  All disputes are subject to Lucknow Jurisdiction.
