Terms & Conditions
1. In case the AMC is to be entered into after the expiry of warranty period, the contract will be accepted subject to checking of the equipment by the company’s representative and verifying that it is in working condition. In case set is found defective and any repairs need to be done, then it will be repaired first and then taken into contract and the cost (labor and parts) shall be borne by the customer.

2. The routine service will cover the following: (A) checking operational performance parameters of Machine. (B) Cleaning of blower, Condenser fan, Air-filter, Evaporator coil, Condenser Coil & parts.

3. We shall undertake the repair of replacement(in case if required) of following components Which are covered unit this contract : (a) Fan Motor (b) Louver Motor (c) Gas charging (d) capacitors & Relay (e) Thermostat Switch (f) Selector Switch (g) Air Filter (h) compressor (i) Fan & Blower.

4. The components Other than those mentioned above like sheet Metal Parts, Evaporator Coil, Condenser Coil & Plastic components Such as front Grill “D ” Block, Air deflectors, Louvers etc, are excluded from the scoop of this contract.

5. In case the AMC is to be entered into after the expiry of warranty period, the contract will be accepted subject to checking of the equipment by the company.

6. Half payments are to made in advance along with the request from mentioned.

7. AMC will cover waiver of the visiting charges and 04 routine service charges all spare part during the period of contract.

8. In case of preventive AMC If any spare required for repairing of the product after receiving breakdown Complaints Company will provide the same on chargeable basis.

10. Any change of address must be notified by the customer in advance.

11. The company shall be under no obligation to provide repair/ service because of improper use, unauthorized alteration, modification or substitution of any part or Sr. No. of the machine is altered, defaced or removed, abnormal voltage fluctuation, rat bite, neglect, acts of god like floods, lightening, earthquake etc. Or causes other than ordinary use. If our services are required as a result of the causes stated above, such service Shall be at extra charge.

12. While every effort shall be made to give preferential attention to emergency breakdown of the equipment, the company shall not be held responsible for any loss arising.

13. In case the customer wants to cancel the contract before the completion of the contract the period, there shall be no refund of the charges for unexpired period. 11 The contract is not transferable in events of resale / gift to any other person and no refund shall be given.

14. The equipment bought to the Service center will remain there at customer risk and the company will not be responsible for any damages caused due to the factors beyond its control.

15. Transportation for taking appliance to the Service Center for repairs shall be borne by the customer as per the applicable rates.

16. Damage to the product or any parts due to Transportation / Shifting is not covered under this contract.

17. Acceptance / Renewal of AMC after expiry of the contract shall be at the discretion of the company

18. This AMC is valid for 8 months
19. All disputes are subject to Lucknow Jurisdiction
20. All rates should excluded with GST.
