Terms and conditions for service contract

1. In AMC (Repair): We shall provide three free service of the A.C (4 routine service ) during the period of contract A part from this we shall depute our Engineer/technician for the inspection of Air-conditioner whenever genuine trouble
arises with A.c further we shall repair/replace the defective parts absolutely free of cost. Note: However this contract does not include repair/replacement of any missing parts, shifting of A.C condenser coil, cooling coil , bottom tray , cabinet cover & plastic component which may be required to replace due to normal wear & tear.These service would be provided only onchargeable basis.COMPREESSOR NOT INCLUDE ON THIS AMC .

2. This contract shall be for a period of one year from the date of receipt of payment and valid with in the municipal limit of the city.

3. If the contract is cancelled for any reason what so ever contract fee will not be refundable

4. The agreement will not cover if there is a loss due to irregular voltage, abuse or misuse, accident, strike, Serial no missing/altered, normal wear and tear, fire, rat bites, natural disasters such as flood,earthquake,riots or acts of war, Erractic supply of power etc.

5. This contract will automatically stand terminated, if services & repair to Air-conditioner has been carries out and/ or canceled installation position has been changed by any person other than our Athorized service personnel.

6. While every effort shall be made to give preferred attention in case of emergency breakdown of the equipment. However the company shall not be held responsible for delay in servicing due to any reason beyond our control. No calls will be solicited on public holiday/Sunday.

7. Transportation charges of the A.C to the service centre shall be made by the customer on his own risk if it found necessary to do so.

8. The A.M.C change which is payable in advance by DD or cheque in favour of THE AC CARE SOLUTION.

Important Note:

In case the Air-conditioner is out of service contract same will be inspected and if any part requirerepair/replacement that will be carried out on chargeable basis There after only the Air conditioner in perfect running condition shall be taken in to service contract Payment Terms: 50% Advance of the contract value including taxes.
